      <description><![CDATA[Due to multiple requests, we are happy to announce that we have extended the deadline for submissions (extended abstracts) for the 24th International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing (ICRM) in Toulouse, France until April 22nd 2016. The authors of the three best papers will be invited to submit their work to a special section in the Journal of Service Management. Planned highlights of the ICRM2016 event: a keynote by Evert Gummesson, Professor Emeritus of Service Marketing and Management at the Stockholm Business School; a visit of the Airbus A380 assembly line, the world's largest passenger airliner.
